MADE TO ORDER
Every Cape & Whiskers product is custom-made just for you. Your pet portrait is generated with AI from the photos you upload, then professionally printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Because each item is unique, please allow time for both production and shipping.
PRODUCTION TIME
Most orders enter production within 1-3 business days of purchase. Wall art, posters, and canvas prints are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
The following are estimated transit times after your order has been dispatched. Total delivery time equals production time plus shipping transit.

SHIPPING METHODS
Standard shipping is included with your order. Express and expedited options may be available at checkout for select destinations. Express shipments are always tracked.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships (where available). Some international standard shipments may be untracked. All US orders include tracking regardless of shipping method.
GLOBAL FULFILLMENT
To reduce shipping times and environmental impact, orders are produced at the fulfillment facility closest to you whenever possible. Our network includes production facilities in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia. Orders to regions without local production may ship internationally.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in our prices. Cape & Whiskers has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Most orders to the US and EU are fulfilled domestically from local facilities, which typically avoids cross-border customs charges.
P.O. BOX ADDRESSES
Large or framed items may not be deliverable to P.O. Box addresses, as they require courier delivery (FedEx, UPS, DPD). Please provide a physical street address for all orders to ensure successful delivery.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If you have not received your order within 30 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Orders undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement.
